OpTech has a Tier 1 client specializing in capital investments requiring an Executive Assistant to support their executive leadership team.

Location: Detroit Metropolitan Area, Onsite

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive Support:

Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Meeting & Event Coordination:

Organize internal and external meetings, including investor presentations, board meetings, and off-site events.

Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

Communication & Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft and manage professional communications on behalf of executives.

Project Management:

Assist with special projects, including market research, investor relations, and due diligence support.

Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

Office & Administrative Management:

Maintain filing systems, databases, and contact lists.

Support office operations and vendor relationships as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.

5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in finance, investment, or consulting.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.

High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a high-pressure environment
