Job Description

Group Administrative Support – Leadership Team (4 Leads Max)

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar & Travel Management: Support scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense processing.

Event & Meeting Coordination: Organize team events, offsites, workshops, catering, and logistics.

Executive Support: Plan and coordinate leadership visits, ensuring smooth operations.

Procurement & Budgeting: Manage POs, invoices, vendor setup, and asset tracking.

Onboarding & Administration: Assist with new hire setup and maintain team planning documents.

Communication & Engagement: Support internal newsletters, morale initiatives, and team updates.

Ideal Candidate:

3–5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Suite and adaptable to new systems.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.

Enjoys engaging with people and fostering a collaborative workplace.
