About the Role:

We are seeking a polished, experienced, and highly capable Executive/Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a leading tech company. This is a hybrid position based in West Los Angeles, with regular work from both CEO’s homes, the Westside office, and remote. You’ll work closely with the CEO and the Chief of Staff, providing seamless support across a range of business and personal matters. The ideal candidate will be calm under pressure, exceptionally organized, and able to manage both executive-level tasks and lifestyle support with polish and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel across multiple time zones

Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for internal and external meetings

Coordinate commercial travel (domestic and international), accommodations, and itineraries

Interface with key stakeholders, both internally and externally

Ensure clear communication and follow-through on tasks from meetings and strategy sessions

Serve as a key liaison for household staff, contractors, and vendors

Coordinate appointments, errands, and personal travel logistics

Maintain discretion and professionalism when working in personal settings

Act as a thoughtful partner in managing both professional and personal priorities

Ideal Candidate:

Experience supporting a C-level executive or UHNW individual in a EA/PA or House Manager capacity

Proactive, calm under pressure, and able to anticipate needs before they arise

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Strong tech skills and able to learn new systems quickly

Comfortable working independently while coordinating across multiple locations and priorities

Must be based on the Westside of Los Angeles and have a car
