The Australian Stores team is seeking an exceptionally proactive, customer obsessed and team-oriented Executive Assistant with a history of high performance. This role will work closely with the AU Stores Leadership Team and is based in Sydney AU.

This exciting role requires strong project management skills, superior attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior leaders inside and outside of the company is important. A good sense of humor is critical, as is the ability to be flexible, and to change direction at a moment’s notice.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to manage and execute a diverse range of events and initiatives, work autonomously in an often ambiguous environment and be able to take effective action without having to know the total picture. You should ideally have knowledge and experience working with a global team across multiple time zones, languages and cultures. Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of business structure, as well as the desire and aptitude for learning new concepts quickly. Key job responsibilities

Providing coverage for the Leadership Executive Assistant when required

Manage complex calendars and scheduling

Drive the planning, preparation and execution of events and initiatives for the Stores org.

Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items

Work closely with the leadership team and our business partners

Partner with other assistants throughout the team and across the company

Basic Qualifications

3+ years of executive assistant experience

Experience with end-to-end project management

Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

Experience handling administrative details independently, while exercising good judgment in keeping team members adequately informed

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Experience leading process improvements

Experience designing processes to maximize efficiency
