Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and leadership teams (including meeting minutes).

Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of executives.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Assist with project management and event coordination.

Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion at all times.

Essential Competencies:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Professionalism, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
