Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to support the Managing Partner and executive team at our Dallas-Fort Worth location. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated professional who can manage complex schedules, coordinate travel and meetings, and handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars and schedules for the executive team, including meeting coordination and reminders

Plan and coordinate executive travel, accommodations, and logistics

Organize and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics

Draft, review, and manage communications on behalf of executives

Assist with tracking tasks and follow-ups across multiple projects

Maintain discretion and confidentiality in relationships and responsibilities

Provide support on special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned

Learn and navigate pharmacy platform programs and internal systems

Qualifications

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook and Excel

Ability to learn and adapt to new software platforms quickly

Proven ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred

Previous experience supporting executives in a healthcare or pharmaceutical setting is a strong plus
