About The Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of Europe and senior leaders at our European headquarters. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support, including scheduling, internal and external communications, meeting coordination, and special projects. You will serve as a key liaison for executive-level interactions and be trusted with confidential information.
What You’ll Do
Provide proactive administrative support to the CEO of Europe and senior leaders, including calendar and travel management
Anticipate the needs of executives and take initiative to address potential issues or opportunities before they arise
Coordinate and organize meetings, events, and conferences, both on- and off-site
Prepare and edit professional correspondence, presentations, and reports
Manage communications with discretion, handling emails, calls, and confidential information
Track deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely follow-up and completion of tasks
Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed
Support board-related activities, including meeting coordination and preparation of materials
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and communication
What You’ll Bring
3+ years of experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a similar role”Proven experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships and draft high-quality documents
High level of discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and works independently
Experience coordinating meetings, travel, events, and managing complex calendars
Basic project management skills, including task tracking and supporting initiatives
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and able to create reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
