Summary

As an Administrative Assistant for Pinnacle Fitness and Nutrition, you’ll play an essential role in supporting our team and ensuring smooth operations across various departments. Responsibilities

Report to the supervisor for daily updates, tasks, and any issues requiring attention.
Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure efficient company operations.
Provide exceptional customer support by prospect client inquiries and setting up new client accounts/assessments.
Assist with coordinate team meetings and events.
Process payments and invoices for clients. and basic accounting tasks as needed.
Assist with creating social media posts to develop brand awareness and our online community.
Organize and maintain files and records for easy access and retrieval.
Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations as needed.
Support team members with various administrative duties as required.

Qualifications

Experience in Administrative experience role or similar position.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent customer support skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
Ability to utilize Square software to process client payments and invoices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
Proven experience in social media advertising and marketing
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 10 per week
