Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide crucial support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Duties
– Act as a personal assistant to management, handling correspondence and scheduling
– Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, and data entry
– Utilize Spanish language skills for communication with Spanish-speaking clients or staff
– Conduct proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
– Assist with medical receptionist duties if needed
– Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues
– Manage calendars and appointments efficiently
– Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
– Previous experience as a dental receptionist would be advantageous
– Typing documents and correspondence accurately
Requirements
– Proven experience in an office environment
– Proficiency in Spanish is preferred
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Familiarity with calendar management software is a plus

Pay: $20.00 – $21.00 per hour
