What You’ll Do
Calendar & Inbox Management
Own the Founder’s entire schedule – prioritise client meetings, protect focus time, and ensure email responses are timely and professional.
HR & Onboarding Support
Coordinate hiring (LinkedIn ads, candidate screening), draft offer letters, track contractor agreements, and manage onboarding checklists.
Operations & Reporting
Maintain our weekly Growth Review deck, update headcount and budget trackers, and automate recurring CRM reminders.
Project Coordination
Liaise between Creative, Media Buying, and Sales teams to ensure briefs, assets, and follow-ups happen on time.
Executive Support
Handle ad-hoc tasks such as research, travel booking, expense processing, and anything else that frees the founder to stay strategic.
Who You Are
3+ years as an Executive Assistant or Operations Coordinator, ideally in an agency or startup environment.
Hands-on HR experience – recruiting, contracts, compliance, and basic payroll/superannuation workflows.
Tech savvy – Google Workspace, Notion or HubSpot CRM, Calendly, Slack. Familiarity with payroll/HRIS tools is a plus.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to own tasks end-to-end with minimal oversight.
Excellent written & verbal communication; your calendar invites and emails set a polished, professional tone for our entire team.
