At CRG we are looking for an Executive Assistant, who’s activities will involve managing meetings and calendars, performing general office duties (including preparation of expense reports and purchase requisitions), and coordinating travel arrangements.

Requirements:

Fluent in English. High Proficiency level (must).

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel.

Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

Draft, review, and edit emails, memos, and documents.

Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests professionally.

Organize and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and minutes.

Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistics are handled.

Arrange corporate events, conferences, and travel accommodations.

Assist in the execution of key projects and strategic initiatives.

Conduct research and prepare summaries for executive decision-making.

Track action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.

Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Manage relationships with key clients, vendors, and partners.

Represent the executive in a professional and courteous manner.

Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.

Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
