HireLevel is looking for a highly motivated, organized, flexible, “can-do” Executive Assistant in St. Louis, MO to support the needs of our client’s 4-person Leadership Team. This person will provide the crucial role of taking the weight off the Leadership Team (comprised of two Business Owners, Operations Manager and Financial Controller) by providing a wide range of administrative support. This role requires multi-tasking, the ability to prioritize tasks and necessitates wearing several hats to handle the many moving parts of a highly diversified real estate business. Our client is a locally owned and licensed real estate investment company that pays cash for St. Louis properties. They believe that everyone should have a hassle-free experience selling their home. They are well versed in all types of distressed, outdated and unwanted house sales and love to help homeowners be as stress free as possible during the home selling process!
Benefits:
Pay: $65,000-$70,000

Essential Duties and Responsibilities of Executive Assistant:
Process RE Purchase & Sale contracts with title companies
Provide high-level administrative support
Answer phone inquiries, direct calls, and check voicemail, and return calls
Read, organize, and respond to email messages
Maintain client database (CRM) and communicate with customers
Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, organize documents, and records
Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries
Post on several social media platforms representing the business
Plan, organize, implement events such as meetings and luncheons
Prepare reports, marketing tracking, research, presentations, sales contracts and other data
Assist with special projects
Job Requirements of Executive Assistant:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred
Three to five years’ experience in mid-to-senior level administration, business and management or related field
IAAP Certified Administrative Professional or professional certification in office management preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Drive
Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
Experience with RE Contract processing with Title companies
Comfortable in fast-paced environment with multiple tasks and projects at hand
Able to organize and manage large number of files, tasks, schedules and information
Self-directed, motivated and able to work without supervision
Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
Comfortable in both a leadership and team-player role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Widely adaptable to varying needs
