We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and discreet professional to join the executive team of our client, which is based in Amsterdam. The company is an international leader in its industry, with operations in various European countries.
About the Role
As Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role supporting two senior finance leaders: the VP Finance and the Head of Group Control & Consolidation. Your ability to manage calendars, travel, meetings, and communications with precision and professionalism will be key to the success of the team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to two executive team members
Manage complex calendars, coordinate appointments, and schedule internal/external meetings
Organize international travel and create detailed itineraries
Draft, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare and coordinate executive board meetings, including agendas and minutes
Maintain discretion and handle confidential information with integrity
Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
Support with invoice booking and expense reporting
Your Profile
At least 5 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with a proactive, service-minded attitude
Skilled in managing executive email correspondence and prioritization
Comfortable handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
Experience with invoice booking and expense reporting is a plus (but not required – willingness to learn is welcome!)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience supporting senior executives in an international corporate environment
