As an Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the company’s C-suite executives. You will manage complex schedules, streamline operations, and assist with the execution of key projects, helping ensure the executive team can focus on high-level strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements.
Coordinate and prioritize communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely follow-ups and responses.
Assist with project management, including tracking deadlines, deliverables, and status updates for key initiatives.
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, team events, and special projects as needed.
