Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO’s office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and events.
PowerPoint Presentations: Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and events.
Travel Arrangements: Organize and book travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Expense Management: Handle expense reports, ensuring timely and accurate submission and reimbursement.
Board Meeting Minutes: Take detailed minutes during board meetings and distribute them to relevant parties.
Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, document preparation, and office organization.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing correspondence and communications.
Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
This is a 2-3 month contract position with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance.
The role is 100% onsite in the Minneapolis area.
