Key Responsibilities
Executive Support & Operations
Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing correspondence, facilitating communication, and representing the CEO when necessary.
Provide proactive administrative support, including email management, briefing materials, and follow-ups on key action items.
Oversee the CEO’s schedule, ensuring alignment with priorities and managing calendar conflicts efficiently.
Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics, ensuring seamless arrangements.
Project Management & Client Engagement
Lead coordination of high-impact client initiatives, such as leadership development programs, executive workshops, and coaching engagements.
Track project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure deliverables are met with precision.
Serve as a communication bridge between internal teams and external clients, ensuring clarity and consistency in project execution.
Strategic Initiative Tracking
Partner with the CEO to track high-priority initiatives, providing insights to support informed decision-making.
Identify risks, anticipate roadblocks, and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.
Content Development & Communications
Draft, edit, and proofread client-facing documents, reports, presentations, and facilitation materials with a high level of professionalism.
Prepare briefing materials and talking points for executive meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared.
Collaboration & Process Improvement
Work closely with consultants and project teams to improve internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline administrative and project management functions.
Team Engagement & Office Support
Play an active role in fostering a collaborative and engaged team environment.
Provide support for internal projects and office management tasks as needed.
Act as a backup for team members during absences and coordinate vacation schedules for seamless coverage.

Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in executive support, project management, or a related role.
Strong background in consulting, professional services, or a high-growth corporate environment.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level materials.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and virtual collaboration platforms.
High degree of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
