Aspen Oak Capital Partners is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our senior leadership team in our Dallas headquarters. Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
Prepare, proofread, and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external investors
Manage expense reporting, vendor coordination, and office logistics
Assist with conference planning, internal/external meetings, and investor communications
Anticipate executive needs and ensure smooth daily operations
Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools
Detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently
Experience in finance, real estate, or private equity is a plus, but not required
