THE CLIENT
Our client is a long-standing and well known private equity company. This is a global firm located in Midtown Manhattan. The firm is known for it’s professional environment and it’s hard working team!
THE ROLE
This is a traditional Executive Assistant position supporting three Managing Directors. This involves heavy calendar, international travel, and expenses. It is also expected that you work in collaboration with other executive assistants in the building to help with events and travel.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to…
Extensive calendar management for Managing Directors.
Heavy Travel Arrangements: both international and domestic.
Expense management
Email correspondence and liaising between internal and external stakeholders
Ad hoc projects including drafting PowerPoint presentations and meetings notes
THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, professional, and warm. Experience in financial services is key to this firm and they are excited to recruit like-minded individuals.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
5-8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant in the private equity
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
THE COMP/BENEFITS
Paying between $120k – $130K
Hybrid schedule: 4 days in office, 1 day WFH
