QUARTERSAWN Design Build is hiring a full-time Office Manager – Bookkeeper for our custom residential remodeling company.

PERSONALITY REQUIRED
Enthusiastic, upbeat and positive!
An organized and resourceful leader who can anticipate, self-direct and follow through. Able to stay on top of projects, adaptable to changing priorities, sharp, friendly, service oriented, pro-active.
Needs a detailed, tidy and aesthetic eye.
Someone who will assist with the bookkeeping and own the office environment and systems.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
Good time management skills, with an ability to make complex and time sensitive decisions in the best interest of the organization.
Demonstrates integrity and an ability to act in a truthful manner, to present accurate and appropriate information and to exercise excellent judgement in regard to confidential information.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
Proficiency with QBO Accounting software.
4+ years experience in a professional office setting
Passion for design, homes, and remodeling a plus.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Bookkeeping
Detail oriented bookkeeper: data entry accuracy
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Organization skills: keeping financial records organized/prioritize and plan tasks
Invoicing: Creating/sending invoices to our homeowners.
Excellent communication: presenting information to homeowners/relaying information to trade partners.
Office Management
Create and maintain systems and practices (SOPs) for an organized and efficient office environment.
Manage office vendor relationships: cleaning, plant care, IT, supplies, etc.
Inventory, purchase and stock food and office supplies.
Keep office tidy and orderly.
Possess basic knowledge of our office equipment and help facilitate IT issues.
Support in prepping people and spaces for meetings.
Reception: Answer the phone and direct calls. Answer the door – first point of contact with visitors.
Executive Support as needed
Manage Owner’s calendar and emails
It is expected that as the Office Manager – Bookkeeper’s experience and organizational understanding grows, this position will expand in responsibilities and wages.
