In this role, you’ll collaborate and interact with staff across all six locations, sharing ideas and best practices to ensure the success of the entire organization.

About the Role:
As the Administrative Manager, you’ll be instrumental in overseeing office operations, supporting a team, and ensuring the smooth functioning of daily tasks. This role will provide you with the opportunity to make an impact while also allowing for personal and professional growth.
You’ll be responsible for managing a team that assists our brokers, handles listings and sales transactions, creates marketing materials, and ensures everything is running smoothly in the office. You’ll also play a key role in training and mentoring staff, providing office-wide support, and organizing events that foster team collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Working with the Branch Manager to ensure a smooth-running office.
Participating in the hiring and training of new team members and ensuring they’re equipped for success.
Coaching each of your team members for individual growth.
Overseeing the smooth running of daily operations.
Supporting brokers in all aspects of their business:
Handling general office duties, including answering phones, greeting clients, and maintaining office supplies
Overseeing the management of broker listings (inputting to NWMLS, uploading pictures/documents, creating flyers, etc.)
Handling broker sales transactions and ensuring accurate documentation
Assisting brokers with both electronic and print marketing materials
Supporting brokers with social media posts and maintaining their online presence Assisting brokers with tech setups (emails, phones, iPads, Outlook)
Conducting new agent orientation and training staff on office procedures
Serving as a go-to resource for brokers using real estate tools and software
Planning and organizing office events.
Troubleshooting office equipment and ensuring all systems are running smoothly.
Having fun!
Establishing professional relationships with a dynamic and diverse group of individuals.
What We’re Looking For:
A minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory and operations experience.
Strong background in real estate administration (preferably 1+ year)
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for consistency and details
The ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and evolve
Experience with office technology and troubleshooting common issues
Ability to mentor and train team members, fostering a positive and productive office culture
Someone who values the importance of “the details”

Pay: $56,000.00 – $70,720.00 per year
