Time zone needed: Full Time | 40 hours per week | CST

Salary Range: $1200-$1500/monthBarvin owns, develops, and manages multifamily communities throughout Texas and other select markets. Main Functions:

Directly supporting the CEO of the Company with scheduling, follow-up, travel arrangements, meetings, and general business tasks and some personal assistance, providing secretarial support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Consistently follow up to ensure the CEO stays on track with his many commitments.

Maintains a calendar for the CEO and assures that complete information is available on all matters.

Responds to emails and written correspondence for the CEO /President.

Prepares expense reports for the CEO. Work one-to-one on various tasks related to investors, acquisition, development, and management of multifamily communities.

Assisted the CEO in investor relations, correspondence, events, and maintaining investor and contact management platforms.

Recorded and completed minutes of meetings as assigned. Completes routine clerical functions within established time frames.

Composes and prepares routine correspondence for signature and submits required paperwork to proper regional and corporate departments.

Accepts changes in assignments or responsibilities.

Enhances and presents a positive image of the company and a professional manner toward employees, staff, and the public.

Provide back-up assistance in the Office Administrator’s absence, including answering the phone, providing and receiving information concerning matters involving the region, and routing calls and correspondence.

Perform all other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

At least 3+ years of relevant working experience

Strong background in executive and administrative assistance, experience in Operations and Property Management is a nice to have

Background working in a Real Estate Industry is a plus

Strong written and spoken communication

Highly organized and someone who has great attention to detail

Proactively solves problems and able to display great critical thinking skills
