Executive Assistant – Opportunities Across Key Business Functions
Location: Saudi Arabia (relocation support provided)
Salary: $65,000 tax-free + accommodation and benefits
We’re partnering with a globally recognised organisation in Saudi Arabia to recruit experienced Executive Assistants to support senior leadership across a range of departments, including Technology, Legal, Sales, Operations, and HR.

The organisation is particularly interested in candidates with backgrounds in professional services or financial services, and a strong track record of high-level support.
Key Responsibilities:
Complex diary and inbox management across time zones
International travel coordination and logistics
Preparing reports, presentations, and board-level documents
Acting as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders
Supporting projects and department-specific initiatives
Anticipating needs and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Who We’re Looking For:
Executive Assistants with 3+ years’ experience supporting senior executives
Experience within a global firm, ideally in professional or financial services
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage high volumes of work
Culturally aware, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Prior international experience is a plus but not required
