We are looking for an “Executive Assistant” to be assigned to our “Financial Affairs Department” located in “Dubai, UAE.”
WHAT DO WE EXPECT?
Preferably Bachelor’s / University degree from a reputable university
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in a company, preferably supporting C-Level executives
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional approach
Arabic and French knowledge is desirable
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, handling multiple priorities effectively
High attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a structured workflow
Proactive problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, even in high-pressure situations
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality, managing sensitive information securely
Good knowledge of MS Office tools
WHAT AWAITS YOU?
Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports.
Assist organization of internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
Makes the manager’s expense and travel statements.
Keeps track of incoming and outgoing documents, ensures that the necessary files are kept and archived regularly.
Meets the guests who come to the manager and provides coordination with the manager to whom she/he is affiliated.
