Role Description

You will work directly with the founder to execute, organise, and scale operations across multiple areas of the business.

This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role — not a typical desk job.

Key Responsibilities

1.⁠ ⁠Founder Support

• Manage daily schedule, priorities, and communications

• Handle personal + business coordination seamlessly

• Anticipate needs before they arise

2.⁠ ⁠Operations & Coordination

• Liaise with:

• Suppliers

• Manufacturers

• Designers

• Marketing teams

• Track production timelines and deliverables

3.⁠ ⁠Brand Execution

• Assist in campaign planning & execution

• Coordinate photoshoots, fittings, influencer work

• Ensure brand consistency across platforms

4.⁠ ⁠Admin & Systems

• Organise documents, workflows, and reporting

• Improve systems to increase efficiency

• Handle basic finance tracking (expenses, invoices)

Important Note

  • We are currently hiring 2 candidates for an initial 6-month performance phase, after which 1 will be selected for long-term progression within the company.

Type: Full-time

Compensation: $3,200 – $5,000 (Initial Phase, 3 months probation period)

  • 3-month probation with performance-based conversion to long-term role with performance bonus.
