Office Assistant

We are looking for a responsible Office Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage administrative tasks for owner such as: Manage and schedule meetings and appointments, make travel arrangements, Take minutes and assign tasks, Produce reports, presentations and briefs, Maintain office filing system and any other administrative tasks required.
Support Boe and Company’s Ormond Manor Office Manager
Client Management
Social Media Management

Requirements and skills

Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant
MS Office proficiency
Basic Quickbooks knowledge
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Discretion and confidentiality
College degree preferred
Social Media experience

Location, Schedule and Benefits

Located between Ormond Manor, Destrehan, LA and 2034 West Main Street, Lutcher, LA
Mileage Allowance
Schedule: 38 hours (Monday – Thursday 8-5, Friday 8-3)
PTO

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
