What You’ll Do
Strategic Calendar & Travel Management
Manage the CEO’s complex, fast-moving calendar and coordinate across priorities and departments
Plan and oversee all domestic and international travel logistics
Negotiate with travel partners to optimize experience and value
Meeting Preparation & Follow-Through
Develop materials, presentations, and agendas for board meetings and strategy sessions
Take detailed meeting notes and track all action items to completion
Office & Expense Management
Reconcile monthly expense reports for the CEO
Oversee office supply ordering and light administrative support for Store Support Centers in San Diego, Miami, and Chicago
Personal Branding & Communications
Manage and grow the CEO’s LinkedIn and professional social channels
Expand recognition efforts inside and outside the company, including writing personal notes, coordinating thoughtful gifts, and celebrating milestones
Event Planning & Leadership Support
Organize logistics for leadership retreats, team meetings, and executive events
Manage coordination of smaller internal and external events to ensure high-quality execution
Executive Enablement & Inbox Support
Develop toward managing the CEO’s email and communication systems over time
Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and adjust fluidly to shifting priorities
What You Bring
Required Experience
At least 3 years supporting C-level executives or founders in a fast-paced environment
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, calendar management tools, and LinkedIn
Experience managing complex schedules, logistics, and confidential information
