Description:
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support Director-level executives in the Software Builder Experience organization. The successful candidate will possess solid organizational skills, as well as the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams.
The Executive Assistant will act as a seamless extension of the executives supported and will work closely with other Executive Assistants. The ideal candidate will be a detail oriented, experienced planner with the demonstrated ability to respond effectively and efficiently while maintaining flexibility, composure and a good sense of humor.
Key job responsibilities:
Proactively coordinate and engage with leadership in planning and organizing events, activities and calendars.
Management of complex calendars, scheduling requirements, and prioritization of executive’s tasks and appointments according to their importance, urgency, and relevance.
Act as a liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders
Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic)
Participate in planning of events and drive key team activities (staff meetings, all-hands meetings, supply ordering)
Work alongside other executive assistants within the org and throughout AWS to drive best practices and cross collaboration of efficiencies.
Basic qualifications:
5 – 6+ years EA experience (Can include a combination of EA, admin, recruiting, HR experience) MS Office proficiency Complex calendaring.
Preferred qualifications:
5 – 6+ years in EA role(s) Space/office management experience (org recently returned to office)

Top 3 must-have hard skills:
This position requires 5-6+ years of experience supporting senior management (VPs, Senior VPs or CEOs) and excellent PC skills, including strong working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook tools.

Experience working in external facing role – team will work with senior leaders & vendors on internal and external team.
