Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnered with RAM Tracking, a leading provider of vehicle tracking solutions, to recruit for a newly created Executive Assistant position. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting the C-Suite team (6 members) while ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and C-Suite Team.

Manage complex diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and reports, ensuring timely follow-ups.

Preparation of detailed PowerPoint presentations for a variety of meetings.

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Office Management

Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive work environment.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities.

Responsibility for health & safety

Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers as needed.

Project & Communication Support

Assist with business projects, research, and data analysis.

Support internal communications, drafting emails, reports, and presentations.

Help implement company-wide initiatives and process improvements.

Skills & Experience Required

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, with Office Management.

Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience working in a fast-paced, senior-level support role.

A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
