Role Description

This is a full-time Executive Assistant role located in Houston, TX, at Brazos Presbyterian Homes, Inc. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support, managing expense reports, facilitating executive communication, and overall administrative assistance.

Qualifications

Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support

Experience in managing expense reports

Strong communication skills

Administrative Assistance skills

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Experience in a senior living or healthcare setting is a plus
