Position Overview:

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing extensive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings with precision and professionalism.

Arrange complex travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics, ensuring seamless arrangements for both domestic and international trips.

Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations, maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines.

Conduct research and compile data on industry trends, competitors, and potential investment opportunities, providing valuable insights to support decision-making processes.

Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and representing the firm with integrity and discretion.

Assist with special projects, events, and ad hoc assignments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to go above and beyond to achieve objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the finance or investment industry.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with individuals at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
