About the Role
Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager to support our leadership team and manage daily office operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on a key role in a growing firm. Ideal candidate is an ex-college student athlete with a degree in business.
Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, handle correspondence, and coordinate travel.
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage vendors, maintain office supplies, and ensure facilities run smoothly.
Administrative Tasks: Process expense reports, prepare travel itineraries, and organize meetings and events.
HR Support: Assist with recruitment efforts and onboarding new hires.
Process Improvement: Implement and refine workflows to enhance office efficiency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, preferably in financial services or hedge funds.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-demand environment.
