We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and administrative support within our office environment. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while efficiently managing various administrative tasks.

Duties

Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Review, enter and deposit checks in multiple bank accounts.
Manage scheduling and calendar appointments for staff members.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to documents.
Utilize Google Workspace tools for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
Provide support as a personal assistant to executives when needed.
Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and care.
Assist with general office tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Skills

Proficient in computer literacy with experience in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications.
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar administrative role is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills, ensuring positive interactions with clients and team members.
Effective calendar management skills to optimize scheduling for the team.
Ability to perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
Strong typing skills to facilitate efficient documentation and communication.
