About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and Board of Directors. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations at the executive level and requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for the CEO and Board members.
Prepare and coordinate materials for board meetings, including agendas, presentations, and minutes.
Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Board, senior leadership, and external stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, preferably in a corporate or board-facing environment.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with grace and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual collaboration tools.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
