About the Role
Nrol has partnered up with a top-tier law firm seeking an Executive Assistant. In this role, you’ll be a vital support to the Litigation Team, renowned for their national expertise and success. Collaboration is key as you work alongside other Executive Assistants across the country to efficiently manage tasks and ensure the team’s seamless operations.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse range of tasks, including:
Managing diaries and emails for team members
Arranging travel and meetings
Drafting and editing documents and correspondence
Handling file management, both electronic and physical
Processing invoices and reconciling expenses
Monitoring court lists and maintaining client databases
Preparing briefs for counsel and compiling reports for clients and the team
General administrative duties

About You
A keen interest in legal administration
Previous experience in a similar administrative role, within a legal environment
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
Adaptability to new technology and systems
Strong multitasking and prioritisation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships with colleagues and clients
An understanding of billing and financial processes will be advantageous
