Executive Assistant– Contract –New York City, NY– $30.00-$35.00/hr.

Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant in New York City, NY.

Role Description

• work in a flexible agile set-up to support a team of Senior Relationship Managers

• manage and maintain calendars, including conference calls, vacation, travel and client meetings

• review and handle all incoming and outgoing emails and phone calls

• provide organizational support, including the ordering of supplies and equipment, organization of travel arrangements and media events

• coordinate various internal and external communications materials

• take care of settlement of accounts, processing invoices and expenses

• be a team player and provide back up support to the Executive Admin team when necessary

Skills & Requirements

• several years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, global environment

• demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

• strong organizational and collaboration skills

• ability to multi-task

• a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues and clients at all levels

• incredibly organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize (you make lists and get things checked off)

• able to work flexible hours, when needed

Benefits/Other Compensation
