Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in San Francisco, CA. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing executive schedules, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks. Additional responsibilities include coordinating communication, organizing meetings and events, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
Proficiency in managing Expense Reports and providing Executive Support
Strong Communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred
