As an Executive Assistant (EA) at Kooth, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the executives and senior leadership team in their day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless coordination and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organisation.What you will be doing:
Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, CFO and COO (and other Senior Leadership/Management on occasion), managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Communication and Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions
Travel and Event Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and logistics for executive travel. Organise and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events as needed
Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external distribution. Assist in compiling data and information for decision-making purposes
Office Management: Handle office administrative tasks, including maintaining supplies, managing expenses, and overseeing administrative processes to ensure a smooth workflow
Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, maintaining high ethical standards in all aspects of the
Requirements
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives or senior management in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
Proficiency in office software (MS Office suite, Google Workspace, etc.) and adaptability to learn new tools and systems quickly
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
