What you’ll do

We are currently looking for an experienced Executive Assistant who will support 3 members of our London Leaders team. As an Executive Assistant you will play a key role to the smooth running of the executive office, acting as the first point of contact internally and externally. As an Executive Assistant you will be adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate a high level of discretion and professionalism. The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in facilitating the smooth operation of executive functions and ensuring efficient communication and coordination within the organisation.

What you’ll need

You will have extensive experience as a well-versed PA / EA to a Senior Executive in a professional agency/creative environment, ideally at Senior Leadership level, with experience of a client services environment. You will be well versed in Microsoft Office including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel and have excellent organisation skills, to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines. Additionally, you will have the ability to work fast and accurately under pressure, always maintaining a professional disposition. Similarly, you will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to be able to manage expectations and make decisions under pressure. You must have previously worked across international time zones and have experience planning complex travel itineraries.
