The Agency is recruiting for multiple Executive Assistant roles on behalf of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain schedules, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and manage conference calls across multiple time zones.

Prepare and distribute board packs, and document board minutes and action points from meetings.

Assist with on-boarding of new clients as instructed and prepare risk assessment forms to ensure compliance considerations are met

Regularly liaise with clients, stakeholders, and third parties via various communication channels.

Perform administrative tasks such as document management and record keeping

Maintain and improve the current filing and database systems for efficiency and organization.

Qualifications/Experience:

At least 3 years of relevant professional experience.

Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.

Salary: US$80,000-US$120,000 per annum.
