Position Summary:

Skagit Radiology, Inc. P.S. is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to Director of Analytics & Strategic Planning, in a busy radiology practice. The ideal candidate for the job will be a proactive self-starter who is ready and willing to jump in to provide assistance wherever needed. This is a high-level position working on a fast-paced team that requires strong executive functioning and organizational skills, project management experience, excellent communication skills, ability to problem solve, conduct research and analysis of data, generate reports, maintain confidentiality, draft correspondence, collaborate across departments, coordinate meetings and events, arrange travel, as well as other tasks as needed.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day administrative support, such as organizing office files, processing paperwork, taking phone calls, scheduling, and reminding of meetings and appointments.

Maintain discretion and confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.

Organize workload and prioritize tasks to meet changing priorities & deadlines.

Track and detail organizational projects across the entire enterprise.

Serves as project coordinator for assigned projects, runs meetings, manages agendas/minutes, tracks tasks, issues, and action items, escalates risks and issues as necessary.

Attend client meetings and assist with determining project requirements by observing, receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

Maintain professional and tactful interaction with all external and internal parties while participating in frequent meetings with individuals representing outside organizations, and or individuals of significant importance within the company.

Record and take minutes during various client and business meetings.

Assist in preparing grammatically correct correspondence, reports, tables, and analyses.

Generate and format basic presentations.

Participate in leadership meetings and team projects.

Provide training and support to staff as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
