A pro-active, professional, and discreet Executive Assistant is required to manage the CEO’s busy diary and all aspects of his day-to-day affairs. The successful candidate will also assist the CFO and COO with administrative tasks such as meeting booking, document publishing, and travel planning.
Key Accountabilities
Management of CEO’s diary
Ensuring CEO is fully briefed & prepared for all meetings
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Travel planning – domestic & foreign
Managing CEO’s vehicles, including scheduling MOT inspection, service etc. and liaising with his driver to arrange diaries/travel as required
Administrative support to the CEO in managing his portfolio of businesses and properties.
Maintaining absolute discretion and confidentiality in respect of all aspects of personal data and corporate confidential information.
Administrative support to CEO, CFO and COO – to include:
Composing and preparing correspondence on behalf of the CEO
Running minor errands for the CEO upon request.
Meeting secretariat duties – e.g. publishing agendas, distribution of board packs & committee packs, taking minutes, tracking outstanding actions.

Knowledge & Qualifications
3+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant.
Proficient in MS Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Experience working in a regulated financial services organisation, or other corporate professional services environment, would be strongly preferred.
