Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a bright and wonderful Executive Assistant to support a Partner on their growing technology team. This role will entail core high-touch and strategic Executive Assistant tasks including extensive travel arrangements, calendar/scheduling management, meeting logistics, assisting with presentations, serving as a gatekeeper, and ad hoc projects. ***This is a hybrid full time position located in Menlo Park, CA. Role will require flexibility to work PST/EST hours.

What you’ll do:

Arrange extensive and complex domestic and global travel, including air/ground transportation as well as itinerary and expenses.

Coordinate extensive calendar, communicating with other admins as needed to align schedules seamlessly.

Organize various contact information, client records, data and reporting; keeping lists and data sets up to date and accurate.

Manage meeting logistics, assisting with presentations and materials.

Light recruitment support including interview scheduling and communicating across internal an external parties. Ability to work across the Executive committee and hiring managers.

Ability to step in to support as the team grows, assisting with operations and processes.

Complete additional tasks and projects as needed, maintaining knowledge of broader business goals/objectives.

What you’ll bring:

Approximately 10 years of experience in fast paced environment, with tech, start-up or venture capital experience preferred.

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.

Driven to maintain the highest standard of support, able to hit the ground running.

Excellent problem solving and time management, comfortable with compartmentalizing pressing deadlines.

Outstanding written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically across both internal and external contacts.

Excellent attentiveness to details, ready to assist Partner as strategic thought partner and gatekeeper.

Salary Range:

$135,000 – $150,000 (+ non-exempt, bonus eligible, with excellent benefits)
