Fenceworks Rental Systems LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Office Administrator to lead our administrative team and serve as the right-hand assistant to the General Manager. This critical role involves overseeing administrative operations, managing invoicing, collections, scheduling, and supporting accounting functions. The ideal candidate will bring leadership experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to office management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the administrative team, ensuring smooth office operations.
Act as the primary support to the General Manager, handling administrative tasks and facilitating communication.
Oversee invoicing processes, manage accounts receivable, and handle collections.
Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage calendars efficiently.
Assist with accounting tasks including data entry, financial reporting, and maintaining accurate records.
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and general office organization.
Implement and improve administrative processes and systems.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
Strong knowledge of invoicing, collections, scheduling, and accounting practices.
Experience with NetSuite and/or MCS is a plus.
Prior leadership experience preferred.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
