Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role…This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with an interest in working in a challenging and diverse environment. In this Executive Assistant role you will be providing high level administrative support totwoGroup Managers; theGroup Manager Maritime as well as the Group Manager Strategic Systems and Service Optimisation (SSSO)along with supporting the wider teams. You will have great organisational skills, and even be able to take responsibility for a small range of internal projects.

You are a go-getter with flexibility in the way you go about your work

Have clear initiative and a proactive approach

Ability to work collaboratively with both the Group Managers, a team environment both within the Maritime and Strategic Systems and Service Optimisation (SSSO) Groups and across other workgroups.

Proven experience providing high level administrative support to a senior manager including diary, travel management and function organisation

Organisational skills, being able to manage competing demands

High standards of integrity and a proven ability to provide confidential and discreet administrative support

Calm under tight time pressures with an ability to produce high quality work

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Awareness and understanding of financial systems and budgets

Highly proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

A willingness to actively participate and co-ordinate team activities.

Applicants must have a New Zealand Permanent Residency or Citizenship and be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance and pass a drug test. This role will be based in Auckland Customhouse.
