Title: Executive Assistant

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive’s behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations. You will be working with a team of executives on multiple fronts. The ideal candidate has an interest in learning about representing the company and will be able to juggle constantly changing priorities, handle a wide range of administrative and executive support in a high-pressure environment and be able to work well within a team.
Responsibilities
Calendar management for executives
Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives
Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives
Running ad-hoc projects related to company’s public relations and social media presence
Customer service management
Support in recruitment activities
Office management
Qualifications
BA/BS required
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
5+ years of experience as an executive assistant / administrative support
Dress and speak in a professional manner as client interaction is common
Able to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
