A multi-billion-dollar consumer sector Private Equity Fund based in NYC is looking for a top notch EA to support team of senior investment professionals. This firm has a great culture, an excellent compensation/benefits package and a very strong reputation. The ideal candidate is a team player who will be able to handle classic corporate EA work as well as ad-hoc project based work.

This role is 5 days in the office and is a great opportunity to join a small team and work closely with senior members of the team!

Responsibilities

Act as a gatekeeper for senior members of the investment team

Dynamic calendar management

International and domestic travel coordination

Update and maintain contacts in Salesforce

Expense management

Provide backup support to other administrative team members as needed

Ad hoc support as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required

7+ years of experience in an administrative assistant capacity

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Experience with Salesforce is a plus

Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to communicate with executives and clients
