Job Description

As our office administrator, you’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our office. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, help coordinate projects, and support the team behind the scenes to ensure seamless service delivery. Your work will be key in helping families navigate the restoration process with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Answer calls and emails, schedule appointments, and provide helpful communication to clients throughout their restoration process.
Administrative Support: Manage office tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records for projects and billing.
Job Coordination: Assist in scheduling field crews, tracking job progress, and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
Documentation & Reporting: Support the team by gathering required paperwork, maintaining job files, and submitting reports as needed.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with our field team, insurance adjusters, and vendors to keep projects moving efficiently.
Social Media: Help grow the brand by creating 2-3 social media posts each week highlighting our services and developing the overall brand reputation online.
