We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and detail-oriented Condominium Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing excellent support to staff, vendors, and unit owners.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage calendars, including scheduling appointments and meetings.
Assist with payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Develop and implement new policies and procedures for the office.
Maintain office management protocols, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
Utilize phone systems effectively, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with schedule management for team members to optimize productivity.
Organize office filed and supplies, and maintain inventory levels.
Provide a warm and professional welcome to residents and guests.
Coordinate resident requests with other departments and ensure timely follow-ups
Work closely with management, security, and staff to maintain smooth operations.
Assist with administrative tasks, including creating internal flyers and communications for staff and residents.

Skills

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in calendar management and scheduling tools.
Knowledge of payroll systems and clerical duties.
Familiarity with condo office management practices is a plus.
Experience in hospitality, high-end residential, or concierge roles preferred.
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
