We are seeking a Quality Administrative Assistant to join our team!
Rocking Horse Community Health Center (RHCHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that provides healthcare services to the Clark and Madison County communities.
The organization is looking to add a Quality Administrative Assistant to our Quality Team. This position is responsible for supporting the Director of Quality and quality team members. Manages all scheduling for the department, schedules and prepares all meeting agendas, minutes and materials as needed. Compiles reporting for quarterly Board of Directors presentations. Works with other Leadership Team members as required. Maintains strict professionalism and confidentiality in handling all information and materials. This is a full-time position which will offer Medical, Dental & Vision benefits, Company Paid Life, STD & LTD insurance, and the potential to earn and accrue up to 4 weeks of PTO per year along with 10 paid holidays.
RHCHC is located within walking distance of downtown Springfield which offers a wonderful variety of locally owned & operated eateries, bakeries & coffee shops. Position Title: Quality Administrative Assistant
Primary Service Center: Springfield, Ohio (South Limestone Location)
FLSA Status: Hourly – Non-Exempt Position
Work Hours: Full-time position
Education Requirements:
Minimum – High School diploma or GED is required along with four (4) or more years of administrative experience reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team.
Prior experience working in a quality position within a medical facility or setting is a plus.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED is required along with four or more years of administrative experience reporting directly to upper management. Experience in quality within a medical facility or setting is a plus. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite programs, including Word, Excel, and Power Point is essential. Data management and the ability to manipulate or edit data is imperative.
Language Skills: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or government regulations. Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence and policies. Effective presentation skills and ability to produce meeting minutes in a timely manner.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability: Capacity to solve problems and address a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization. Ability to interpret various instructions provided in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Computer skills: Proficiency in general office software, including Database, Excel, Spreadsheet, and Word Processing. Willingness and ability to learn other software relevant to the job.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: An individual who poses a direct threat to the health and safety of himself/herself or others in the workplace will be deemed not qualified for this position.
