Aquaforce Group, based in East Finchley (N2 0DR) is a UK-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality bathroom and sanitary ware products. We operate internationally, supplying distributors and wholesalers across the Middle East through our office in Dubai. Additionally, we support residential, commercial, and hospitality developments in Indonesia via our Bali office.
Alongside our manufacturing business, we manage a portfolio of real estate assets through our property division, Cedar Properties.
We are now seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant & Property Administrator to support our senior leadership and assist in the day-to-day management of our property operations.
Tasks
Executive Assistant Duties (Aquaforce Group):
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team
Coordinate meetings, travel, and schedules across multiple time zones
Prepare and format reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Act as a liaison between the UK office and international teams in Dubai and Indonesia
Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as required
Property Administration (Cedar Properties):
Maintain accurate records for all properties, including leases, renewals, and maintenance logs
Liaise with tenants, contractors, and service providers to resolve issues promptly
Track rent schedules, coordinate invoicing, and liaise with the finance team
Ensure property compliance with UK regulations, insurance, and safety standards
Support property-related documentation, project coordination, and administration
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in an EA, office management, or administrative support role
Background in property administration or real estate support is advantageous
Strong communication and coordination skills across international teams
Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and time management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
