Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our families, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and tour the campus.
Phone call and email management.
Payroll
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and readily available.
Maintain student files and records.
Assist in coordinating school events.
Assist in classrooms as needed.
Manage all state required events, records, and keep information up to date.
Hiring.
Enrolling new families.
Manage tuition payments.
Newsletter.
Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role in an educational setting is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in computer literacy.
Montessori awareness and education is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
