We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling entry-level administrative tasks, providing excellent customer service, and supporting various departments. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Answer phone calls with professionalism.
Manage scheduling and appointments using Google Suite and other relevant software.
Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
Maintain organized records and assist in preparing reports as needed.
Collaborate with HR team members to support various Human Resources administrative functions (no HR experience required).

Experience

Proven experience in an office administration role or similar position is preferred.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Google Suite and familiarity with phone systems.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills are essential for this role.
